Ask most agencies what a website costs and you'll get a meeting invite instead of a number.
The quote you eventually receive isn't priced on the work — it's priced on you: your budget, how corporate your email signature looks, how urgent you sounded on the call.
We think that's backwards, so every Hotpot package is on the site with the price attached. That has three consequences we like.
It filters honestly. If our Business website package isn't in your budget, you find out in ten seconds, not after two calls and a proposal deck.
It forces us to define scope. A published price only works when the inclusions are published too. Every package lists exactly what's in it — which means you can hold us to it.
It keeps us efficient. When the price is fixed, slow delivery is our problem, not yours. Fixed pricing aligns us with finishing, not with billing.
There's a reason "POA" exists on two of our packages — genuinely custom builds need scoping. But defaulting everything to "price on application" isn't scoping. It's negotiating leverage, and you're the one it's used on.
