About these terms
These terms cover your use of this website. Engagements for our services are governed by a separate written engagement agreement provided before work begins; if there is any inconsistency, the engagement agreement prevails for that work.
Packages and pricing
Package prices published on this site are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. Published inclusions describe each package’s scope; anything not listed is excluded unless agreed in writing. Submitting an enquiry doesn’t create a contract — work commences once we’ve confirmed fit, agreed scope in writing, and (for projects) received the agreed deposit. Ongoing packages run month to month with no lock-in contracts, and prices may change for future billing periods with reasonable notice.
