Hotpot Digital (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through hotpotdigital.io and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
Enquiry details. When you submit our contact form we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the package you’re interested in, your budget range, and your message.
Technical and analytics data. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics service that records aggregate page views and performance metrics. Our spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) evaluates browser signals to distinguish humans from bots. If we run advertising campaigns, we may also use Google Analytics and advertising tags, which use identifiers (such as cookies) to measure conversions and build advertising audiences.
How we use it
We use enquiry details to respond to you, scope and deliver services, and keep records of our correspondence. We use analytics data to understand how the site is used and to improve it, and — if advertising tags are active — to measure advertising performance. We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
Our website and email are delivered through Cloudflare, and enquiry emails are transmitted through Cloudflare’s infrastructure to our inbox. Service providers we use (including Cloudflare and, if active, Google) may store or process data on servers located overseas, including in the United States. We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate the business, and where required by law.
Security and retention
Enquiry data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and held in our email and business systems. We keep enquiry records for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, then delete them.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@hotpotdigital.io. If you have a privacy concern, contact us first and we’ll respond promptly. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
